My Monthly Charity that I’ve selected for this month is the USO (United States Organizations). The USO brings the public and U.S. Military together to offer comfort, support, morale, and recreation to U.S. Troops around the world.
“For 68 years, the USO’s mission has remained the same. The USO will support U.S. troops and their families wherever they serve. Across the United States and around the world, the American military knows that the USO is there for them. By supporting the USO, Americans show their appreciation and express their gratitude to the men and women who defend us.” About the USO
Support for the men and women of the U.S. military is what the USO does. Since World War II, the USO’s mission has not changed in making sure that military personnel all over the world know that the American people support them. Offering programs and services like Internet, e-mail access, housing, emergency assistance, support groups, celebrity appearance and performances amongst many other things the USO does a very important job in supporting our military.
Supporting the troops the way the USO does is very important for boosting morale for those who fight for our nation. Our military personnel deserve every little bit of support for all the sacrifices they have made for the U.S. people.
Do something for our troops today by donating, volunteering, or becoming partner.

The Lonely Island

Some explicit content if you like that. If you don’t know who The Lonely Island is, they are the artists behind Dick in a Box and Jizz In My Pants
. They recently dropped their debut album “Incredibad
” and it’s worth a listen to if you like those songs or comedic music.
When I first discovered Jizz In My Pants I couldn’t stop watching the video. The facial expressions in the video are priceless with lyrics that got me rolling.
This album features some pretty big artist like Jack Black, E-40, T-Pain, Justin Timberlake and others.
For your viewing pleasure I’ve got some videos below for you. The Lonely Island is entertaining enough and funny. I have their album in my Rhapsody and Jizz in My Pants is a must listen. You can also check out their site for comedy sketches and more at thelonelyisland.com. Let me know what you think.

Complaint-Box.com
A little while back I started a site where you can file complaints anonymously about pretty much anything you wanted. I was about to blog a complaint about something then I thought it’d be the perfect time to write a little something about Complaint-Box.com.
Complaint-Box.com is easy and anonymous for you to complain about whatever you desire. Also rate the complaints that people have filed. That’s it, just a little fun project I did.
Check out my little post complaining about how much Pigeons Suck. Also check out complaints like Cubicle Air Pollution, I’m not a gypsy…, My fat assed brides maid, No refunds on tickets, and others.
Got something you want to complain about or just vent, go check out Complaint-Box.com, it’s OK to complain there.

Our First Employee
It’s pretty crazy for me to think that we have our first employee. We’ve been a 4 person company for while now and our growth has reached the point where a little help around the warehouse would make a big difference and it certainly has.
Hiring has been a big issue in recent meetings and we’ve taken the approach of starting with a part timer. We weighed all the pros and cons with all the other hiring options and selecting the part timer route gave us owners the most flexibility to keep our current work lifestyle without much change. At the same time we’ve become so much more efficient throughout the past year, a part timer is the right fit. Plus deciding on a part timer keeps things much, much more simpler from the legal and corporate stand point.
Number 5 has arrived at Pure Adapt, Inc. and he has made a big difference. I welcome John to the Pure Adapt team. It’s only been 2 weeks since John has been here and he’s already made a world of difference for all of us. So far everything has worked out great. He’s a hard worker and quick learner and that’s all we can ask for at the moment because he has relieved pressure from all of us. Really it’s only been 2 weeks and knowing that I won’t have to do hours of warehouse work is a huge relief.
Wow our first employee! I’m still a little shocked when I take a step back and look at everything we’ve done in the past few years including our very own warehouse space and now an employee.
