A Quick Update and the New Daily Specials at DetailedImage.com

I want to give a quick update on what’s going on and talk about the new Daily Specials feature on DetailedImage.com.

About a week ago I wrote my monthly post about a charity that I will donate to called “My Monthly Charity (insert month and year)” and it was about the American Red Cross for May 2008. I was privileged enough to have someone from the Red Cross comment on my blog and get a link to my blog from the Red Cross homepage with my post (see screen shot below). WOW it’s pretty sweet to get a link from the Red Cross and I’m still amazed. I want to thank everyone that has taken interest in my blog and the Red Cross needs all the help then can get due to the recent catastrophic events in different parts of the world.

Detailed Image Daily Specials
This week we launched a cool new feature on Detailed Image where we put one detailing product on sale everyday called our Daily Special. This product will be featured on the Detailed Image homepage at very nice discounted price for one day only. If you’re looking for a great deal on detailing supplies check the Detailed Image homepage regularly or register to receive email notification of the Daily Special. I also got my new laptop this week and it’s made life a little bit easier. My old laptop just couldn’t handle everything very efficiently anymore and there’s a few things that need to be fixed on it. It’s a burned a small hole in my pocket it’s totally worth it. That brings me to the another topic, I feel like I can never catch up and save money. I feel like every time I get to the point where I can consistently put some money away a huge expensive hits me. It’s like I got all my finances under control then I need new brakes for my car ($600), now it’s time for a new laptop ($1000+), car inspection with wipers ($48) with the rising cost of gas I feel like I’m never going to be able to save money. It just seems like there’s a major expense every couple of months. Off that topic I’m excited for summer and everything we got going with Pure Adapt. Lastly George has started up his blog again check it out.
