Alex,

I completely understand where you're coming from. It's just from my point of view and our company mindset is to save money whenever possible. When the company has a major problems we usually go through most the scenarios and take action on the best solution for us as a company. I'm sure Time Warner was trying to help us out by offering us the option to pay it out in 5 years, but right now at this point in time, Time Warner was not the way to go. As a company we definitely try to think of more creative solutions for our problems. I think we try to run our company pretty cost effectively. Thanks for the input on the situation.

Sounds like the cable company was offering to help by giving you a choice of options. If you are not in their immediate serviceable area, there is nothing they can do since cable companies do not benefit from the Universal Service Fund like the telephone companies are. If your building is too far away and would require a capital cost, there shouldn't be any surprise that they'd like to justify that cost. If all you need is cheap internet, get a Verizon Wireless 3G card.
